Tamarind Hill Press Limited values confidentiality and the protection of people's ideas/art/work etc. We will never share your work with anyone else and take measures to ensure that, while we are working on your project, it is protected.
We do not store your work on our database for more than 30 days after completion of your order. Though we hold it for a few days in the event that you come back to us for follow-up services or revisions, it is removed from ALL our systems after 30 days.
If at anytime while working on your project, we experience a breach, we will notify you of this breach and work to resolve this issue accordingly.
Please note, materials sent to us to be edited are for such purposes ONLY. The work is edited and returned to you and serve no other purpose to Tamarind Hill Press Limited.
Although we appreciate acknowledgement for work we have done, it is done so at the client's own discretion entirely. You are welcome to leave us honest feedback/reviews or note us as editors in your book for example. However, Tamarind Hill Press Limited will never without your permission disclose that we have done work for you. We will never share your work as samples for securing other business.
When you submit titles to us to be considered for publishing, your work is reviewed by our team. If your title is selected for publishing, we will contact you to let you know and follow the publishing process. On the other hand, if we decide that your title isn't the right fit for us, we will delete your work from our database. Your work is never shared with anyone outside of the THP team.
