Return and Refund Policy
SHIPPING
Where we ship to:
We only ship to mainland in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and Canada.
Delivery:
Delivery takes 3 to 7 days for all countries that we deliver to.
Backorders:
When you place a big order with us, it may rarely happen that some items are out of stock to ship all your order at once. It can sometimes take up-to five days to get those items in our warehouse and ship to you.
RETURNS
Physical items:
We have a 21-day return policy on all physical products shipped to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia. Items must be returned unused and undamaged and at the the buyer's own expense.
Upon receipt of the item, we will issue your refund. Please note that ALL SHIPPING FEES are non-refundable.
If the wrong product was sent to you (the product received does not match the order you placed), we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
To initiate a refund, please contact us using the contact form on the home page or click here. Ensure that you provide us with your order number so that we can locate your purchase and resolve the issue quickly.
Please note that, depending on the mode of payment, refunds may take up to seven working days once we have initiated it. We will notify you via email once your returned item is with us and also when we have initiated your refund. Regretfully, if your returned item is not with us within 21 days, we cannot issue a refund. We also cannot refund you for damaged items.
Electronic Downloads:
Given the nature of these products, we are unable to issue refunds as we are unable to recover them once purchased.
Service:
We do everything we can to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the services we provide. However, we do understand and appreciate that we cannot completely satisfy everyone's needs. As such, we request that you discuss your project needs before placing an order for any of our services, that is, book cover design, editing, coaching, etc. This gives us the opportunity to see whether we are the right match.
If after the two revisions you are offered with all purchases, you are still not satisfied, we can discuss refunding you for the project. Do note that once your order is placed, we get to working on your project; hence, we will always charge for time invested.
