David Prock was born on June 8th 1983 in the small town of Klamath Falls, Oregon. In his early years, he was not known for sports; David rather enjoyed camping. Not too much happened in his life until the age of 13 when he was diagnosed with the mental disorder, Schizophrenia. From that point on, everything became a challenge. There were so many things that he wanted to give up on, like graduating high school and life in general. However, with the constant push from his parents and the help of teachers at the private Christian school he attended, David was able to graduate and soon found that writing and photography were things that he excelled at.
At the age of 17, he took to writing and got better at it as well as liked it more year after year. Over the years, David has had many illnesses, including his suffering from severe sleep apnea. Nevertheless, his love for humanity and animals keeps him motivated, giving him the well needed drive to keep writing and taking photographs. When asked whether he'll give up on writing, David's response is, "I love writing and I may never stop."
